Church Banner Patterns FAQ

When will I receive my order?
Orders generally ship within 7 business days of receipt of payment. Allow an additional 2-10 business days depending on shipping selection. Banner and Fabric Kits typically take a little longer than pattern orders as they are printed or assembled when ordered. Orders will be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Time estimates are not guaranteed, but we will do all we can to process your order in a timely and efficient manner, and usually get orders out before the alotted time.

What are your rates for shipping and handling?
Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing time of up to 7 business days.

Continental US

$14.99 Priority Shipping (2 to 3 business days)

Outside US
$17.99 Standard Shipping (approximately 5 to 14 business days)

Do you accept phone orders?
To keep prices as low as possible, we are not currently accepting credit card payments over the phone. We can accept credit card orders through PayPal on our website, or you can print out an order form and mail it in along with a check or money order. If you are concerned about the extra time it takes to send a check, let us know and we will have your order printed and ready to ship as soon as we receive payment (non- custom orders only, please).

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your regular product purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 business days of receiving order for refund, less shipping and handling charges. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. Returned product must be received by Banners of Faith before refund or exchange is issued. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges unless return is due to our error. No C.O.D. returns accepted. Returns must be pre-arranged by calling 530-410-5713. We value our customers, and will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues.

About Us

Our business, Banners of Faith, grew from a love of making church banners!

We originally tried using designs and instructions from books that we had purchased to make our own banners, but quickly became frustrated trying to enlarge the patterns using copiers and projectors. The design selection was limited, and the accuracy of the enlarged images was not that good. We decided that there had to be an easier way.

Linda Willis, a graphic designer, created the designs for our banner patterns. After sketching out the designs, she re-draws them using a computer illustration program. This allows for superior accuracy and smooth lines. The designs are then broken apart, pieces are labeled, and re-grouped by color using paper that is the same width as HeatnBond. Although developing the patterns was very time-consuming, we found that our banners turned out so much better (and went together so much easier) that it was worth it. We thought others might benefit from our patterns also.

Sharri Baker is a pastor's wife, with accounting experience. Since we were already working together to construct banners for our home church, Trinity Alliance, it seemed like a perfect fit for Sharri to take on the business part of our venture. She is the more patient half of our team, and does most of the actual banner construction when we test new patterns. Sharri is also our customer service department, and is generally the one you will talk to should you call with questions.

We have been offering church banner patterns for four years now, and decided it was time to add some new products. We are very pleased to now offer printed banners in addition to patterns. These banners feature full color digital printing on premium satin fabric. They really are beautiful, and will add warmth and elegance to any sanctuary or room. We also offer all of our designs in satin finish vinyl.
