Ordering:
Check must be enclosed with mail order. Make checks payable to: Banners of Faith. All orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. There is a $25 charge for checks returned for non-payment.
Shipping:
Pattern orders generally ship within 10 business days of ordering. Fabric kit orders usually ship within 15 business days. Time estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 business days of receiving product for refund, less shipping and handling charges. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returned product must be received by Banners of Faith before refund or exchange is issued. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges unless return is due to our error. No C.O.D. returns accepted. Returns must be pre-arranged by calling 530-410-5713.
